Shipping Information

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $200. Any orders under $200 have a flat shipping fee of $10.

How long will it take to get my shipment?

Orders will be shipped ground from one of our store locations no more than 48 hour after ordering. If you have any additional questions please email customerservice@gingys.com

 
 
Do you offer express shipping?

We offer overnight shipping for a flat rate of $35 and 2 day for $25. Orders must be placed before Noon in order to ship out same day.

** Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday are not guaranteed to ship until the next the Monday. Please contact us prior to placing an express order on a Saturday or Sunday if you need your items sooner.

Return Information

What Items are Refundable?

ONLINE ONLY: Within 7 days of receipt of your shipment, full priced items only, unwashed/unworn, with tags attached.

What if I want to return after 7 days?

We will issue a store credit up to 14 days from receipt of the shipment. After 14 days items are non-returnable.

 

What Items are Non-Returnable?

Sale/clearance items are final sale.

Is the return policy the same in Gingy’s retail location?

No. Because you’ve been able to try items on in the store, you have 14 days to return in store for store credit only. After 14 days items are not returnable. If you’re questioning anything, please ask us about our approval policy. All items on sale are always final sale.

 

How do I return?

Email customerservice@gingys.com and we will assist you with shipping information for your return.

 
Is there a re stocking fee to return an item?

No restocking fee. The original shipping charges are non refundable and you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise instructed.
